As I Inhale, 2013, multiple channel video, ORT: 16:45 min. Excerpt, No sound.

My work examines the way in which mourning, loss, and trauma are reformulated through different political processes to either hide or overexpose predetermined historical narrations of the events that caused specific tragedies. Through the analysis and re-articulation of architectural sites, landscapes, objects, testimonies, accounts, and literary fictions I wish to question the forms of representation that perpetuate these predetermined historical narrations.
